Rise Harvest Signs Lease to Open First Jeff’s Bagel Run in Utah

MIDVALE, Utah — Rise Harvest, the Utah-based multi-brand franchise holding company, has signed a lease to open its first Jeff’s Bagel Run at 744 W Blue Vista Ln in the View 72 shopping center in Midvale, Utah. The location is expected to open by the end of 2026 and will be the first Jeff’s Bagel Run operating in the state of Utah.

Jeff’s Bagel Run is known for its scratch-made hot bagels, freshly whipped spreads, and craft beverages, with every bagel made fresh in-shop daily. The Midvale location will bring 20 to 30 new jobs to the community, spanning full-time and part-time positions across all levels of restaurant operations.

The opening follows Rise Harvest’s seven-unit area development agreement with Jeff’s Bagel Run, which grants the company exclusive development rights across Salt Lake, Davis, and Weber counties. Rise Harvest intends to develop a minimum of 15 Jeff’s Bagel Run locations across the territory.
