Who We Are
Rise Harvest is a multi-unit, multi-brand holding company built on a straightforward principle: own it, operate it, and make it better. We acquire and manage franchise businesses with direct operational involvement at every level. We are not a holding company in the traditional sense; we are operators who happen to own, and that distinction drives every decision we make.
Rise Harvest was founded in 2013 with a clear goal: become one of Utah's largest and most respected multi-brand franchise operators. We opened our first store in 2014 and have grown to nearly 30 units, with 20+ additional locations in active development.

Rise Harvest is grounded in five core values that shape how we operate, how we lead, and how we treat the people around us. These values didn't emerge from a boardroom exercise; they surfaced from the stories our people told us about the teammates they trust, the leaders they respect, and the moments that define what good work actually looks like. When we listened closely, the same patterns kept appearing: people who step up without being asked, leaders who communicate honestly, and team members who care about the guest in front of them right now. Those patterns became our values. Not aspirations for someday. Standards we hold today, lived out on the floor, through the rush, and in every quiet moment in between.

With over 100 years of combined experience in franchise operations, multi-unit management and business development, our above-store leadership team provides the structure, accountability, and strategic direction that keeps every location performing at a high level. We are not administrators managing from a distance; we are operators who understand what it takes to run a great shift, develop a strong team, and protect the financial health of every unit in our portfolio. Every brand partner, lender, and employee in our organization has direct access to leaders who are engaged, responsive, and invested in the outcome.
