SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — MPUT Holdings LLC filed a DBA registration with the state of Utah on May 20, 2026, and now operates under the name Rise Harvest. The legal entity — MPUT Holdings LLC — remains unchanged. All existing agreements, vendor relationships, and franchise obligations continue without interruption.
Rise Harvest owns and operates 28 franchise units across Marco’s Pizza and Tropical Smoothie Cafe, with more than 300 employees across the Wasatch Front and broader Utah market. Additional Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations are under executed leases, with active letters of intent across both brands.

The company’s current growth plan includes nine additional Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations and four Marco’s Pizza units over the next three years. Long-term target: 100 operating units. A third franchise brand is under active evaluation.
