Marco's Pizza Expands in Utah: Rise Harvest to Open New Centerville Location in Q1 2027

CENTERVILLE, Utah — Rise Harvest, the Utah-based multi-brand franchise holding company, has signed a lease to open a new Marco's Pizza at 356 W Marketplace Dr, Suite 400, Centerville, UT 84014. The location is expected to open in Q1 2027 and will be Rise Harvest's 23rd Marco's Pizza and the 27th Marco's Pizza operating in the state of Utah.

The Centerville location continues Rise Harvest's disciplined expansion across the Wasatch Front, adding density in Davis County and extending the company's footprint in one of Utah's fastest-growing corridors.

The new restaurant will bring approximately 20-30 jobs to the Centerville area, including full-time and part-time positions across all levels of restaurant operations.

Rise Harvest currently operates 28 locations across Marco's Pizza, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and Jeff's Bagel Run, with 46 franchise agreements signed and additional units in active development.
